COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

You participate in any given competition by following the specific instructions in that competition. Max. 1 participation per user is taken into account when drawing lots.

Winners of competitions are contacted via a response to their comment (Facebook), in a private message (Instagram), or directly via e-mail (advent calendar). The winner has 24 hours to respond in a private message, in a comment, or by email, with info about the name, address, and phone number. If the deadline is exceeded, a new winner will be drawn. Winners will receive their prize within 5-10 business days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Competitions are open to all persons over the age of 18, residents in the European region. Employees of Karup Design and their households cannot participate in competitions. Karup Design reserves the right to draw a new winner if this is discovered.

Entries to and answers to questions in competitions received after the deadline for responses will not be considered.

Karup Design undertakes to comply with the provisions for the protection of personal data and media legislation. The collected data is therefore treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties without consent. By signing up for the competition you give consent to be added to our newsletter. By participating in a competition on Facebook or Instagram, consent is given to the invitation to follow the page.

Karup Design reserves the right to continuously revise rules and may change the rules if deemed necessary for the competition. All taxes and duties to the State are paid. Karup Design assumes no responsibility for printing errors or other errors in connection with the competition. Karup Design is not responsible for any incorrectly awarded prizes due to cheating.

ADVENT CALENDAR RAFFLE

In order to participate in the advent raffle, you have to sign up for our newsletter.

Karup Design will announce 1 winner pr. week. The winner is announced the following week after the previous advent (1st Advent: December 5th, 2nd Advent December 12th, 3rd Advent: December 19th & 4th Advent December 26th). Among all participants, Karup Design will pick one lucky winner of the main prize which also will be announced on December 26^th. The lucky winners of the respective prizes are allowed to choose the color of the product.

The advent periods are:

1^st advent: Sunday, Nov. 28^th – Saturday, Dec. 4^th (both days included)

2^nd advent: Sunday, Dec. 5^th – Saturday, Dec. 11^th (both days included)

3^rd advent: Sunday, Dec. 12^th – Saturday, Dec. 18^th (both days included)

4^th advent: Sunday, Dec. 19^th – Saturday, Dec. 25^th (both days included)
