Your personal information and your newsletter subscription
When you participate in a sweepstakes that involves subscribing to marketing newsletters, you consent to Karup Design A/S recording the information indicated in that particular sweepstakes and specified in the sweepstakes terms. For example, we may collect your name, email address, and country in order to send you emails containing exciting news, inspiration, and offers in an appropriate language. At any time, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly or by sending an email to mail@karupdesign.com. You can read Karup Design's privacy policy here. All personal information submitted at the time of subscription is stored securely. By participating in the contest, you consent to having your first name, post code, and country published on karupdesign.com in the event that you win.
Who can participate?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our contests. Employees of Karup Design A/S and members of their households may not participate.
Unless otherwise specified in a sweepstakes and its specific terms, your information will not be forwarded to any third party.
The time and means of selecting the winner(s) will be specified in the terms of each particular contest. The names of all winners will be published here. To comply with the GDPR, winners will be identified only by their first name, post code, and country unless otherwise specified in the terms of a contest.
Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular contest, there is no limit to the number of times an individual can participate in the contest.
Prize
The value of the prize will be indicated in the terms of each particular contest. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. A prize will be sent to its winner immediately after the winner provides their contact information, unless otherwise specified in a particular sweepstakes and its terms.
Tax on the prize will be paid by Karup Design A/S, except for when local laws in the winner's country of residence require otherwise. No purchase is necessary to enter any of our contests, and the prizes are sponsored by Karup Design A/S.

In the event of any doubt or disagreement regarding the sweepstakes terms, the interpretation of Karup Design A/S will take precedence. Karup Design A/S will not be held liable for any printing errors. If cheating is suspected, Karup Design A/S reserves the right to investigate and exclude participants. Karup Design A/S also reserves the right to make any adjustments to the terms and technical systems associated with a given sweepstakes at any time.
