What was the idea and inspiration behind the Tuck dining table?
“With Tuck, we wanted to create a table that fits into everyday life with many functions – without taking up more space than necessary. Inspired by life in smaller, urban homes, Tuck has been developed for a new generation, where the dining table is also a workplace, project table, and gathering point.”
How did you work to combine flexibility and aesthetics in the design?
"Tuck gets its distinctive look from the compact legs and the two table tops, which create a space for storage. Here, you can quickly stow away your laptop and books and use the table for something else. Despite its compact size, there is room for six chairs – and the construction is both strong and visually balanced."
What experience do you want people to have when using the Tuck dining table?
“Tuck is designed to be a table that fits in almost anywhere – from the kitchen to the office corner. Its robust, simple style makes it easy to use for meals, studying, and creative projects. The sleek meeting point between the tabletop and legs adds character, while the compact surface and smart storage make everyday life a little simpler.”
