The amount for the returned goods, will be transferred to the same credit card as used paying for the order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount is returned to the same card.

Note: Once your case has been processed and approved, it can take up to 10 business days before you can see the amount in your account. This is due to different varying processing time from payment providers.
